  1. Did I happen to mention that my mother fell and broke her hip? They did hip replacement. I’ve been in Tulsa for 2 weeks. I’m ok, she’s getting stronger, I just feel like I’ve lost track of my life, that’s all. Can’t get my attention for any writing.

Here’s the thing I was going to tell you. Mother is in a really lovely Cont Care Community, in their skilled nursing. The place was built by a wealthy Catholic family and there are lots of catholics and retired priests around. Interesting. They have slathered green and shamrocks all over everything today.

  2. The last thing we need is more “holy” wars! If there is to be global religious resurgence, it must be used for peace and empowering the bilions starving and the degraded planet we are in danger of destroying… Doretta Thanks, Marian!

  3. Reblogged this on CATHOLIC, Non-Roman Western Style and commented:
“belief that God’s law must override that of humans”…This kind of theology is what gets the Church into trouble with “holy alliances” with dictatorships and such, doesn’t it?
